Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed predominantly neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.)<\/p>

Right of Withdrawal<\/p>

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,<\/p>

\u2013 on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods within the scope of a single order and these are delivered in a single shipment;<\/p>

\u2013 on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods, provided that you ordered several items of goods within the scope of a single order and these are delivered separately;<\/p>

\u2013 on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;<\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Schieritz & Pollet Health Solutions 360 GbR, Ziegelstra\u00dfe 59, 45663 Recklinghausen, Tel.: +49 2361 97 98 062, Email: info@health-solutions-360.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not mandatory.<\/p>

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>

Consequences of Revocation<\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in no event later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.<\/p>

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>

You must return or hand over the goods to us\u2014or to Ziegelstra\u00dfe 59, 45663 Recklinghausen, Germany\u2014without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.<\/p>

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminution in value of the goods only if this diminution in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>

Grounds for Exclusion or Extinguishment<\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts<\/p>

\u2013 for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
\u2013 for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would soon pass;
\u2013 for the supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
\u2013 for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts<\/p>

\u2013 for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
\u2013 for the supply of goods where, after delivery, they have become inextricably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
\u2013 for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>
